Is scaling implemented in a standard way or do some charms have some kind of built-in scaling? It seems some charms require a load balancer to scale properly and some do not.
I think it depends on how well scaling is supported by the application natively, for one thing?
The leadership layer does a good job of managing scaling out with regards to configuration management.
