Information about the CI test: nw-network-health-oracle
This test is part of github.com/juju/juju/acceptancetests/assess_network_health.py
As of 2018/08/23 it is failing because the juju oracle compute cloud classic account does not have a Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic) image to run with. See 2.4.2 release notes . The juju oracle account should be checked to see if the 18.04 image can be added from time to time so we can remove this note.
