New website: juju.is

Hello everyone!

I am part of the design and web team working on Juju and JAAS.
You are probably already aware of the new juju.is, but I thought to communicate for a wider audience here on Discourse.
We rolled out a new website for Juju: https://juju.is/ as part of a bigger renovation planned for JAAS and Juju.
Relevant docs and tutorials are also on juju.is now.

As always, if you hit any issues please reach out and let us know so we can address it. You can file bugs at https://github.com/canonical-web-and-design/juju.is or reach out to us here in Discourse or #juju / #web-team IRC channel.

Thank you!

Nice work y’all, looks good!

Are you bringing along bugs from https://github.com/canonical-web-and-design/jaas.ai/issues and https://github.com/CanonicalLtd/jujucharms.com/issues?

P.S. docs.jujucharms.com and jaas.ai/docs should probably go to juju.is/docs

P.P.S Are Juju bugs now supposed to go https://github.com/juju/juju/issues or should the link in the header actually go to https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju?

P.P.P.S The product drop down menu still seems to links to jujucharms.com on all Canonical pages.

Thank you, forwarding that to the whole team.

Jaas.ai will continue to exist as part of the enterprise Juju website, but we are moving bugs from jaas.ai and jujucharms to juju.is if related.

P.S. docs.jujucharms.com and jaas.ai/docs should probably go to juju.is/docs

Yes, that will be effective soon

P.P.S Are Juju bugs now supposed to go https://github.com/juju/juju/issues or should the link in the header actually go to Bugs : juju?

The Launchpad repo is for the Juju project itself, the one I mentioned is for the website (we’ll add the link to the Launchpad repo for Juju project in the footer too).

P.P.P.S The product drop down menu still seems to links to jujucharms.com on all Canonical pages.

Thank you, Ant is on it

Thank you,
Claudio

Right, just to be clear, the bugs link in the navbar currently goes to https://github.com/juju/juju/issues

Thanks @gomboli and to the whole team!

Ah yes, that one is ‘bugs’ for the Juju project itself

Sorry, I might be misunderstanding something here.

The navbar bugs link currently goes to https://github.com/juju/juju/issues, but the Juju repository on GitHub doesn’t have Issues enabled so it redirects to the Pull Request https://github.com/juju/juju/pulls which doesn’t really make any sense as a user/contributor.

Shouldn’t the link for bugs go to the current active Juju bugs tracker in Launchpad at https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju?

Hi both - sorry this is a miscommunication between teams. The correct link should be to Launchpad bugs, I’ll submit a patch to juju.is.
