I am attempting to configure vpnaas for my Openstack end users following the documentation here.
The neutron-api charm provides a configuration option (config-flags) to set /etc/neutron/neutron.conf flags.
However, there does not appear to be a charm configuration that allows for adding the plugin to /etc/neutron/l3_agent.ini or to configure /etc/neutron/neutron_vpnaas.conf.
I’m hoping to get some ideas on how best to proceed to get this feature enabled.
