[graylog] Extra set of eyes please

Having issues with the graylog snap listening on any port, this breaks graylog charm/bundle deploys across the board.

Everything looks fine to the naked eye; configs in the right place, processes running.

Hoping someone can validate the breakage I’m experiencing and we can get a fix pushed, snap built.

Following the bugs ^, the breakage here (actually with mongodb charm) seems to be resolved.
